Every PictureBooks.io plan covers personal, family, classroom, and therapy use. Books created on Premium can also be sold, published (including on Amazon KDP), and used in client work or advertising.

What families can expect

• Read at home and keep in your family library: All plans. Personal and family use is included.
• Share a private story link with immediate family: All plans. Only share links with people you trust.
• Download a PDF or order a personal printed copy: All plans. Free PDFs are branded; paid PDFs are watermark-free.
• Classroom, library, homeschool, or therapy use: All plans. Read, display, print, and share books with students, patrons, or clients. Selling copies falls under the publishing row.
• Sell or publish (Amazon KDP, Etsy, print-on-demand, retail): Premium. Covers books created while your Premium membership is active, and stays valid after you cancel. Follow each platform's AI-content disclosure rules.
• Client work, advertising, or other business use: Premium. Covers books created while your Premium membership is active. Don't present PictureBooks.io as endorsing your product.
• Real brand logos, trademarked characters, or real people: Personal use only. Includes stickers or illustrations that show a real brand logo. Commercial use needs permission from the rights holder.
• Offering PictureBooks.io generation as your own service: Ask first. White-label or resold generation needs a separate written agreement.
